until start of live auction on Sat, May 19th @5 PM

Getting the auction items up online as quickly as possible (28 items up so far, we still have more items coming in up until the evening of the auction so they may not all make it on the online site) for those who would like to checkout the items and start your bidding here is the info to get on the site. It is a secure private auction so you have to use the following link or id and password to access it. You will have to create an accout to bid, and if you win at the close of the auction payment is processed through Paypal to keep things all secure. You may bid online until the live auction starts at 5 PM on Sat, May 19th. If you are unable to attend the live auction you may do a proxy bid to determine the max you want to bid on an item and an auction attendant will continue to bid on your behalf should you be outbid at the live auction. You will be notified at the close of the auction if you won the item.

Donations are needed for the silent auction being held Sat May 19th.
Donations can be made at the Dessert First Cafe located at 224 W. 34th Avenue. Tax deductible receipts can be provided. We are working on a site for online bidding prior to the auction and if you are unable to attend you may do what is called absentee bidding to have someone bid on your behalf. We will update soon with auction site info.
Food prepared by Catered Blessings, performances by BNAV team 2012, beautiful vocals by Ms Ebony Soul and lots of awesome items to bid on throughout the evening, if you would like to donate items for the auction to raise funds for the team please contact Tamara at 929-2265. Thank You.

Open Writers Circle & Mic Night

Host FreeThought is holding an Open Writers Circle that starts at 5 PM every Saturday night at the Dessert First Cafe in the Dover Center located at 224 W. 34th Ave across from the Outback. The cafe will still offer beverage and menu options until 5:30 PM. For more info call (907) 929-2265.
